There’s something about growing up where it seems
that we’re often taught that we should always find out the way to be right over

We consider to our circumstances, albeit we’re unsure what we would like .Slowly we stop exploring. One should focus on risk averse not for short term but for a long period of time.

For many, myself included, this manner of life is
just not an option. Something deep inside us fights against it like it’s an act
of survival. The choice is to work out the way to be true and make our own
paths. this needs an ingenious , generative orientation towards the planet .
It involves continuous learning and growth. It entails a special approach to figure and life that I deeply believe is both possible and necessary.

people.
We can’t lay enough stress on the importance of
putting people first. the truth we’re all facing is that the longer term is
uncertain and other people change jobs far more frequently.
Relationships on the opposite hand, last. They’re not time-bound nor are they constrained to where you reside or who you're employed for.
Relationships are often the only most precious source of fulfillment, opportunity and impact in your career.
One thing that folks have repeatedly seen is that great work happens together with interesting people that are excited about what they’re doing. Surround yourself with these people.

It wont to be that investing in your future meant
securing the promotion, finding the partner, acquiring the house, etc. once you
had all of those things, then you’d know you had arrived.
The hard truth is that our paths aren't certain and there's no arrival. a far better job title doesn’t ensure future security and larger checking account won't guarantee happiness.
If you actually want to take a position in your future, be very intentional about what you dedicate some time and a spotlight to. Build self-awareness and confidence in where you're now.
Prioritize the experiences that make your life expansive which will still seed possibility. Doing so will enable you to be happy now and can allow you to make opportunity as required .
