from our experiences which we've experienced. From our experiences, we make new

Mindsets create blind spots
·
Mindsets provide us with fragmented
ways of watching the planet , never with complete facts of what's . We always
see the planet through the filter of our mindsets and our mindsets are always
incomplete.
Mindsets shape our everyday lives
·
We make our mindsets, and thereafter, they
make us. Our thoughts, words and actions radiate out from our mindsets like
ripples on the surface of a lake.

hospitable shifting our mindsets.

What is a Mindset ?
The Unique Mindset |
·
By Mindsets, we get to know about who
we are and the way the planet works.
Mindsets are self-deceptive
·
Any plan to shift our mindsets are
going to be met by powerful forces. An example of those forces is our tenancy
for confirmation bias; the checking out , and recalling of, information that
reconfirms our pre-existing beliefs.
Mindsets are often developed in complexity
·
The more developed our mindsets become,
the more we unfold towards deeper levels of wisdom and effectiveness within the
world. Our ability to require a perspective improves, as does our capacity to
embrace ambiguity and hold paradox.
Mindsets are often transcend
·
Using the facility of mindfulness, we
will transcend our blind spots and self-deceptive forces, examine how our habits
of mind manifest to make our lives and our world.
·
In sum, it are often said that there's
no thanks to avoid the far-reaching effects of our mindsets. What’s inside us,
our beliefs, attitudes and assumptions — manifests outside, shaping our future
possibilities on both a private and a collective level.
Why mindsets matter
·
“It isn't primarily our physical selves
that limit us but rather our mindset about our physical limits.” — Ellen Langer
·
On a private level, examining mindsets
can create subtle yet radical click’s in our mind, when suddenly, new ways of
seeing, being — and ultimately acting become available to us.
These liberating shifts can continue to meaningfully transform our lives in surprising and fulfilling ways.
Cultivating this capacity is especially important when engaging in creative activities, or when participating in innovative processes like human centred design.

·
For some of you, this might be enough
of a reason to discuss the character of your mindset. There is, however, a
deeper reason to look at your habits of mind.
·
We sleep in turbulent times. most are
facing increasingly urgent and deeply interrelated challenges they haven’t
faced before. Collectively, we face an ever-growing number of social and
ecological crises that still intensify and worsen.
The last word source of today's great challenges — the first root cause that makes all of our crises within the first place — is additionally our mindsets.
All of today's great global problems are consequences of unexamined habits of mind.

·
Thus, the deeper reason to look at our
mindsets is so we will mount a self-aware response to the good challenges of
our day.
We simply can’t answer our personal and global problems during a meaningful way unless we also find out how to look at our mindsets as an integral a part of how we live our lives.

In a Benefit Mindset we not only seek
to fulfil our potential, but prefer to roll in the hay during a way that
contributes to the wellbeing of others and society as an entire .
