THE END !!

Motivation

Ã°     “ THE END ” a situation, which everyone faces in life. A situation, in which everything is going our way but unexpectedly, we loose everything we have (at that moment) and it seems that everything is over, “ The End ” has reached.

The End !!

Ã°     In these kind of situations, we should be aware of the fact     that everything has a defined time period. Each and every situation, condition, period, etc. ends at a moment.

We should be aware of this end at the beginning. When we are greeted with good times, we should utilize those to the fullest, and when we are obstructed by bad times, we should live them with a thought, that they will end soon. With this mindset, we always remain positive and that is the key in life.
Ã°     Second name of end, is change. If something is on it’s end, the other is in it’s beginning, that is, things are changing. Most of us resist any type of change in our life, and this is also called fear of “THE END”.

End is practically not possible. Each situation, condition never ends, it changes (as discussed above) and this change can be good for some, bad for others, our aim should be to take out all the positives from it and keep on moving forward, in the game of life.

One day everything seems great in your world—maybe not perfect, but overall the situation is good, then something happens.

You lose your job, or someone you're keen on , or your home, or even even your health.

It isn’t fair. You don’t deserve it. You didn’t see it coming. You didn’t plan for it. You've got numerous feelings and frustrations you don’t know what to try to to first and how to tackle the situation.

It would be easier to take a seat around feeling bad, trying to find people responsible and complain to, rehashing what you'll have done to form things happen differently. Or what you have done if you simply realized before. Or what people should have done to assist you.

All great options if you would like to maximise your misery and feel justified in doing it. Not so great if what you would like is to deal and advance .

You have to try to to this eventually when something bad happens, and therefore the faster you are doing it, the earlier you’ll improve your situation.

If you’d wish to work on improving the 90 percent of life that's how you respond, you'll find the following pointers helpful:

The End !!

  1. Make acceptance an instantaneous priority.

Dealing with a nasty situation is simply like handling grief.

You might not be ready to fully squelch your emotions, but you'll plan to accept what’s happened, no matter how you are feeling about it. The earlier you accept it, the earlier you'll act from where you're , which is that the only thanks to change how you are feeling .

It’s just like the quote from a recent post on getting started once you don’t feel ready: “Don’t await your feelings to vary to require action. Take the action and your feelings will change.”

  2. Remove “fair” from your vocabulary.

As kids, we’re all about fair. “He took my train—it’s not fair.” “You said you’d buy me a replacement bike—it’s not fair!” “I had that crayon first—it’s not fair.”

You’d think we’d learn early that life isn’t fair, but instead we hold close how we expect things should be. diligence should be rewarded. Kindness should be reciprocated. When things don’t compute that way, we feel angry at the planet and bad for ourselves.

Feeling outraged about life’s injustices won’t change the very fact that things are often random and beyond your control. once you start happening an unfair spiral, remind yourself, “It is what it's .” then choose a reaction that aligns with the way you’d just like the world to be.

   3. Master the life lessons.

In Don’t Sweat the tiny Stuff, Richard Carlson recommends that we should that  everybody is enlightened that everyone you meet is there to show you something.

In this way, you’ll see someone who annoys or frustrates you as a chance to figure on your patience. This same mindset can help improve the way you interpret and answer events in your life.

If you lost your job, perhaps the life lesson is to work out your true purpose. If your relationship does not  go well , then life lesson could also be to become more independent. that specialize in the lesson allows you to figure on positive change, which can cause you to feel empowered rather than deflated.

  4. Question whether it’s as big a drag because it seems.

Little in life is as horrible because it appears to be initially . Some things are challenging, like losing your job, your home, or worse, someone you're keen on . But most situations are often solved.

Sometimes they’re even blessings in disguise. Barbara Rommer, M.D. interviewed 300 people who’d had near-death experiences.

Whatever you’re handling , is it really the top of the world?

  5. Make “Get strong” your mantra.

You may think Kanye West doesn’t have an area in tinybuddha world, but the dude got one thing right: “N-n-now that which don’t kill me can only make me stronger.”
This idea has saved many people repeatedly over.

  6. Remember you'll continue from this new place.

It’s easy to urge attached to the road you’re on, especially if it causes you to happy. When something or someone thrashes  you off, you'll feel disconnected from that you would like to be or what you would like to try to do in life.

It may help to recollect a hurdle doesn’t need to obliterate your plans. albeit you lose your job, you'll still pursue your professional goals, and perhaps even more efficiently.

There is always quite a method to deal with a drag . the earlier you specialise in finding a replacement way, the earlier you’ll turn a nasty thing good.

You can’t always get what you would like , but you'll work on being who you would like to be regardless of what life throws at you.
