usually Have a Choice. Everything is usually a choice. we elect what we hear
and watch, we elect what we do & where we go (such as work), and that we
choose who we spend time with.
There isn’t anything that we “have to do”. However, we sometimes think we don’t have a choice because we don’t just like the outcome.
For instance , we expect we've to travel to figure because we'd like the cash so it’s not a choice, but we could choose to not go and to not get paid, but we don’t like what might happen if we did that, so we tend to not see it as a choice.
